Proud to share the release of ARTeCHÓ – Investigating Decentralized Action in Art, a book co-edited by Julia Kassyk, Marlou van der Cruijsen, and Lorenzo Gerbi, exploring the intersection of AI, decentralized technologies, and artistic practice. Emerging from the ARTeCHÓ Creative Europe project, the publication brings together essays, conversations, and artworks by fellows and contributors who reflect critically on the ecological, political, and economic implications of decentralization beyond the hype of NFTs.
The book invites readers to reimagine systems of knowledge, value, and organization through artistic research that challenges extractive models and explores more sustainable futures.

This work questions the epistemological qualities of AI-accelerated historiography, akin to 'reverse archaeology'.
