Everything Will Be Fine at Deutsches Technikmuseum, Berlin, organised by Tactical Tech, investigates how technology mediates human perception and response to global crises, from climate change to pandemics. The exhibition explores the dual role of digital systems, which both amplify social anxieties—through misinformation, surveillance, and algorithmic manipulation—and offer tools for resilience, foresight, and intervention. By framing these tensions within the concepts of Digital Panic, Care, Doubt, and Hope, the show encourages critical reflection on the promises and limitations of technology in shaping societal responses to crises.
Egor Kraft’s The New Color installation participates in this dialogue by examining the interplay between algorithmic perception, artificial intelligence, and human interpretation. Using immersive multi-channel video, the work highlights how computational systems can intervene in cultural and perceptual processes, raising questions about trust, mediation, and the ethics of technologically informed knowledge in contemporary life. Through this work, the exhibition emphasises the subtle and profound ways in which digital technologies shape human understanding and action in uncertain times.
